We are looking to recruit an HR Administrator to work at our head office based in Lichfield, Staffordshire.
Reporting directly to the HR Advisor, the role incumbent will be responsible for providing general support to the HR team including administering new employee starter paperwork and processing leavers, data entry for payroll administration via our outsourced payroll provider and maintaining personnel records.
Previous experience within a busy administration environment is preferred. Previous experience using a variety of external platforms is ideal but not essential.
This role could be office based or a mix of working in the office and from home.
Hours of work can be flexible to suit the individual, either part time or full time. Minimum requirement is 30 hours per week.
