Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in all online marketing activities.
- Social media community management and engagement.
- Manage and enhance six local websites for our owned depots in the UK.
- Maintain and develop the central UK website and e-commerce site.
- Explore paid online opportunities with a focus on ROI.
- Oversee email marketing management, including member training.
- Design and implement new email campaigns for the member network to use.
- Develop and launch drip campaigns for corporate sales.
- Assist with CRM, identifying growth opportunities and enhancing data capture.
- Provide member support with digital marketing efforts.
- Drive e-commerce growth and meet KPIs with our PPC agency.
- Work with designers to create captivating materials within brand guidelines.
- Generate KPI reports.
- Manage and maintain brand presence on external sites, including search engines and external partners.
- Liaise with external stakeholders.
- Assist the wider marketing team with ad hoc requests as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in digital marketing.
- E-commerce experience.
- Excellent copywriting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Content Management Systems.
- Full driving license.
