Warehouse Operative

Palletways Fulfilment are seeking to appoint a Warehouse Operative to join their team based at Fradley.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor the role incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse activities, such as;

• Manual Handling Tasks
• Client Case Picking
• Restacking and Wrapping Pallets
• Container Offloading
• General Housekeeping

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and given timescales and deadlines. They will work within, and in support of, the business goals and cultural values, always maintaining a professional image, supporting their teams, departments and colleagues.

A valid, in-date, counterbalance license is required and prior, relevant experience in a similar warehouse environment is desirable. It is a fast-moving workplace where safety, accuracy and speed are all paramount. Bendi licenses would be advantageous however training can be provided.

Working hours will be 06:00–14:30, Monday to Friday (including a 30-minute unpaid break) however candidates must have flexibility as cover may be required on both a 10:00-18:30 shift (weekdays) and a 06:00-12:00 shift (occasional Saturdays).
