Job Description:

We are looking for a customer service assistant to help support our London operations. Roles will vary from, but not limited to:

  • Daily Reporting for key customers – advising the status of their orders due for that day and reporting on potential delays.
  • Manage customer queries via calls & email ticket system in a timely fashion. You will be the first point of contact for a range of customers providing operational support on deliveries, order processing, quotes and claims queries.
  • Supporting customers with order entry on the bespoke system
  • Processing credits & additional charges to customers via a bespoke system.
  • Handling 1st line dispute resolution regarding additional charges/details on deliveries.
  • Admin/invoicing for ad hoc customers
  • Good IT proficiency would be required

Experience/Requirements:

Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced but friendly environment. Previous experience in logistics desirable but not required as training will be provided.
