Transport Manager

EFS Global are seeking an experienced Transport & Compliance Manager.

As the Transport Manager your involvement will also include management of vehicle maintenance, driver and vehicle compliance and health & safety.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and updating the maintenance plan for all of vehicles within our fleet
• Monitor and manage Taco Reports and coach drivers with regards to driving hours, regulations and compliance
• Management of in-house vehicle inspections
• Control over the vehicle repairs budget, and meet with suppliers to continuously review.
• Monitor health and safety compliance for the vehicles and the yard
• Ensure loading standards are met with a focus on safety and security
• Deal with HR aspects such as disciplinary investigations and accident investigations

Requirements:

• CPC National qualification is required
• Proven experience in Transport Management
• Proven experience in Transport/Fleet Compliance
• Understanding of legislation – weights and measurements and working hours.
