What We are looking for in a Duty Manager:
As the Duty Manager at Exmouth Tennis Centre, you'll serve as the linchpin of our operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of
the facility. Your leadership prowess will serve as a beacon, inspiring our team to deliver unparalleled customer service while
adhering to the highest safety protocols. With your extensive background in leisure management and keen eye for detail, you'll not
only enhance our performance but also cement our position as the premier leisure destination in the community. This would be the
ideal role for a first step into management within a nurturing and supportive team.
How You Would Succeed in This Role:
The ideal candidate for this role will bring a comprehensive set of skills to the table. Drawing from their experience in the
leisure or Hospitality industry, and possessing good customer service skills, proficiency in essential IT tools like Word, Excel,
and Outlook, coupled with the ability to utilise a computerised Leisure Management System, underscores their adeptness with
technology in optimising operations. Furthermore, holding desirable qualifications such as supervisory expertise and a current
First Aid at Work Certificate, they are well-equipped to not just meet but exceed the demands of maintaining a secure, efficient,
and thriving leisure centre. Their adaptable nature, willingness to accommodate flexible working hours, and unwavering commitment
to ensuring the safety of both staff and customers further underscore their readiness to thrive in this pivotal role.
