Bronze Award

We are pleased to announce that we have been accepted by the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme to join over 6000 UK businesses recognised for supporting British defence personnel and their families.

As a new business receiving the Bronze ERS award is a fantastic achievement. It shows FrontFoot’s dedication to not only helping military personnel and veterans upskill and find new career opportunities, but in creating opportunities within the business.

Tim O’Keefe, Founder of FrontFoot said “It is vital that FrontFoot stands by the same principals as the companies we are placing military personnel and veterans into.¬† Being awarded the Military Covenant ERS Bronze award is a great start.

FrontFoot is already signposting companies who are not ERS members to the scheme. Having first hand experience of the benefits and the process is extremely useful in helping other companies join this initiative.
