WHAT WE DO
To start your FRONTFOOT journey and the first steps to your new life, we have created a simple online sign up process.
The process is jargon free, secure and instant. The best bit is that you only need a few pieces of information to set up your account. These include; name, email address, service number, the planned termination date and planned living location (settlement). Any active service person, veteran or family member can sign up to work with FRONTFOOT and once sign up has been completed you will have instant access to an array of e-learning and support materials to help you start planning for the future. With regards to living in a new location (settlement), we will look for and promote you’re looking for work in your chosen area. Helping to create integrated supportive communities.

AssessmentAfter sign up you will be asked to complete our ‘getting to know you’ online assessment. This will help us understand you, your likes and dislikes, your career aspirations and any skill gaps you may have. There are no right or wrong answers, but a chance to find out what you really want.

Sign PostingA key part of the FRONTFOOT service is to provide you with as much information as we can. You will be able to access job role information, including required qualifications, expected salaries, future career paths, as well as watch interviews with people already working in the role via our website and candidate portal.

Development RouteYour development with FRONTFOOT will consist of a blended learning approach, so on-demand e-learning, live online learning via webinars and face to face tutorials and workshops (post COVID restrictions).

PlacementOnce you have successfully completed an interview and been placed we will then establish a post recruitment network that will remain in place for 12 months.

Post Recruitment ServiceWe will follow your career for 12 months. For the initial 3 months we will be in contact with you and your direct line manager once a week. For the following 3 months we will be in contact once a fortnight. For the 3rd quarter we will be in touch at the end of very month and for the final quarter we will be in touch to sign you off.
LEARNING, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
FrontFoot has it’s own learning and development team.
As you work your way from the military world and into civilian life, we will help support, train and develop you to ensure you get the most out of us as well as the right career direction you need to make a smooth transition.
The learning and development we provide, will be through face-to-face, blended, online and remote learning, that is applicable to each individual after a skills analysis has been completed.
