Description
To collect & deliver used furniture, appliances (in Luton van with tail lift + 2nd person) as well as working in our Newton Abbot charity shop.
2-3 days per week (9-5)/negotiable no of days - (includes one Saturday/month on average)
Fulfilling & varied post for someone that ideally:
Enjoys working with people
Has driving experience (ideally of larger vehicles/vans) & retail experience is desirable
Is physically fit & able to lift/carry heavy furniture and appliances etc.
Has a good sense of humour
The applicant must be reliable, resourceful, have good communication skills & also be committed to our charity’s ethos of helping people and reducing waste.
