Role: Supply Chain Administrator 6-month FTC
Location: Perivale, Londan (UB6) (with hybrid working after completion of training)
Salary: £24,785 per annum (Pro rata), plus extensive benefits
Contract type: 6 Month Fixed term contract
Employment type: Full time
Working hours: 40 hours pw, Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

This is a new, key position in the buying team. As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will be responsible for raising and sending purchase orders for non-stock held items. This will need to be completed to ensure we action patient orders waiting for stock within 24 hours. You will ensure that KPIs are met or exceeded and meet all work standards and expectations in line with the company objectives.

What you’ll be doing?
Upload orders placed by buyers into the stock tool
Ensure purchase orders are maintained robustly in the system - weekly, this will involve ensuring all stock is received and/or chased with suppliers to confirm arrival
Maintain purchase orders placed by the buyers in the stock tool for stock held lines - this will involve editing and auditing purchase orders based on stock received into the Perivale Facility
Chase suppliers for stock which has not been or only partially received into the warehouse
Manual stock linking - for items which do not automatically link, work with fulfilment to progress orders into picking
Support the manual buying team with manual buying tasks, issues and specials ordering & chasing
Escalate any technical issues to relevant teams through professional and clear communication
Drive process adherence and escalate any deviation with your line manager
Ensure that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained for stock availability
Work with the Goods-in team to implement stock management strategies
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
Who are we looking for?
GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above
Ability to use Excel at an intermediate level
Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
Experience of working within company and ethical rules and regulations
Experience of working in a highly accurate environment
IT literate (used It systems and is quick to learn)
Ability to prioritise and organise tasks and workload
