Salary: National: £34140 - £37105. London: £38661 - £42019.

Working pattern: Full-time, part-time, flexible working, job share.

Contract Type: Permanent.

The Role

We’re recruiting for an Associate Delivery Manager here at Justice Digital, to be part of our warm and collaborative End User Compute Services (EUCS) team.

This role aligns against Associate Delivery Manager from the Government Digital and Data Framework

The Delivery Manager will be supporting the Senior Delivery Manager responsible for the end-to-end service delivery working capabilities within the Service Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the Senior Operations and Delivery Managers, and Product Leads to ensure Services/Products are used effectively within MOJ and that delivery of solutions and functional use aligns with MOJ standards and industry best practices.
• Works with the above and other interested parties, in the development and delivery of the Service strategic roadmap.
• Ensuring that implemented solutions are simple, easy to use and are delivered in a user-centric way.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to provide support, improve processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall user experience.
• Working alongside the Senior Delivery Manager managing and reporting on multiple suppliers’ delivery.
• Support the management of the Business as Usual (BAU) services.
• Assistance and support incidents from a service perspective by prioritising the most important or high value tasks.
• Monitoring performance of the relevant service line working with architects and engineers to identify continuous service improvements.
• Working with internal teams and suppliers to identify resolutions to incidents and problem tickets and utilise this data to improve the service of a product.
• Working alongside the delivery manager leading daily standups, retros or any other team meetings.

Person Specification

Essential

• Understand how the needs of the team and the product vary across the stages of the product life cycle.
• Focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services by collaborating and working well.
• Effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
• Understand the environment and prioritise the most important or high value tasks.
• Experience with change processes and governance.
• Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods in a fast-paced working environment using Agile tools and techniques (Jira, Confluence, Miro).
• A good understanding of Microsoft and other environments and the underpinning products and technologies including M365, MS Teams, SharePoint Online.
• Awareness of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) and security principles and technologies: RBAC, modern Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign on (SSO), Microsoft EntraID.
• Use and awareness of recognised methodologies - ITIL, Agile or similar.

Willingness to be assessed against the requirements for SC clearance.
