We are a London-based junk removal company providing comprehensive junk removal, home removal, and new furniture installation services. With a focus on delivering excellent customer service, we operate from our depot in SE26 5JZ and serve clients across London.
Role Overview:
As a Removals Porter, you will be a key member of our team, assisting with the loading, unloading, and transportation of furniture and junk items. You will help ensure the safe and efficient removal of items from residential and commercial properties, and assist with the installation of new furniture. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical fitness, and a positive attitude towards customer service.
You must be able to meet at the depot se26 5jz at 7am each morning and be able to travel home from various end locations around London at the end of the day
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the removal and transportation of junk, household items, and furniture.
Safely load and unload items from the vehicle.
Handle items carefully to avoid damage.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Assist in the installation of new furniture as required.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment.
Requirements:
Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Flexibility to work varying hours and shifts.
