In this role, you will provide vital operational support to our Head of Service Delivery, acting as a key escalation point for Customer Managers. You will be instrumental in shaping the operational performance of Repairs and Empty Homes across either our North or South locality. While you won’t have direct line management responsibilities, your ability to lead, influence, and inspire at all levels will be essential in achieving great outcomes for our customers.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in leading repairs or maintenance teams.
- A strong understanding of the importance of collaboration and partnership working to align services with the customer journey.
- The ability to switch between big-picture strategy and operational detail.
- Skills in using data and insight to make informed decisions that improve neighbourhoods and communities.
- Deep knowledge of housing regulations, building regulations, compliance, and health & safety.
- Experience of working within a regulatory landscape to ensure compliance and readiness for sector changes.
You’ll need to be adaptable, resilient, and a natural problem solver—someone who can build strong relationships both internally and externally to achieve the best results.
